From tent camping to private suites, we’ve got something for every comfort level & budget! If you're local to Kansas City (about an hour away), you're welcome to commute daily - but we highly recommend staying on-site to fully immerse yourself in the community & all the late-night + early morning fun of the festival!

Primative Camping Pass - $45
> Enjoy camping under the stars & sleeping in nature with our budget housing option!
> Each camping pass provides access to our primitive campground & space for a tent or hammock for 1 adult/teen.
> Each person much purchase their own camping pass.
> Kids 12 & under camp for free if sharing a tent with an adult.

> This one is for adults only!
> Enjoy a bed in a shared air conditioned cabin with 3 bunks (sleeps 6 people total).
> No bathroom in the cabin, but you’ll have access to a shared bath & shower house!
> No linens included - so bring your own bedding or let us know if you’d prefer to rent linens.
> Solo traveler looking to make friends? Or flying in from out of town & want the budget option but don’t want to fly with camping equipment? This is the prefect option for you!

Car or Van Camping Pass - $85
> Enjoy the convenience of camping in your car or van right on festival grounds in our primitive campground.
> This is a great option for van lifers or travelers who are driving to the festival & want to keep things easy breezy!
> There is no power, water or hookups for car camping & generators are prohibited.

1 Bed in a Shared Cabin w/Bathroom - $105
> This one is for adults only!
> Enjoy a bed in a shared air conditioned cabin & bathroom with 4 bunks (sleeps 8 people total).
> No linens included - so bring your own bedding or let us know if you’d prefer to rent linens.
> Solo traveler looking to make friends? Or flying in from out of town & want the budget option but don’t want to fly with camping equipment? This is the prefect option for you!
> Tell us when you register if you want to be grouped by gender, or don't care!

RV Hookup - $150
> Camp with the added comfort & ease of having your home on wheels with you!
> RV hookups include water, electric & access to an on-site waste water dump.
> Generators are prohibited & RVs must be under 26 ft. -
Entire private cabin (sleeps 6) - $429
> Enjoy an entire private air conditioned cabin for yourself, your family or a group of friends!
> There is no bathroom in the cabin, but you’ll have access to a nearby shared bath & shower house.
> The cabin includes 3 bunk beds & sleeps 6 people total.
> No linens included - so bring your own bedding or let us know if you’d prefer to rent linens.
> Everyone sleeping in the cabin must be registered attendees & you must provide the names of everyone who will be sharing the cabin with you.

Private Suite with Bathroom (sleeps 2) - $599
> Enjoy a private air conditioned room & bathroom.
> The room has one queen size completely made up with linens, pillows & everything else needed to sleep comfortably!
> Perfect for yourself or to share with a partner. Max occupancy is 2.
> Both guests must be registered attendees & you must provide the name of the guest who will be sharing the room with you.

> Enjoy your own private air conditioned suite including a private bathroom!
> The suite includes a queen bed & one bunk bed all completely made up with linens pillows & everything else needed to sleep comfortably!

Your general admission ticket includes full access to the entire 4-day Thrive Alive Festival experience, including:

🚫 Please note: Housing, camping, or other accommodations are not included in the ticket price. These must be purchased separately as an add-on, or you’re welcome to arrange off-site lodging.
If you’re local to Kansas City, you can choose to drive home each night - but we highly encourage staying on-site to fully immerse yourself in the community, all the late-night campfire magic & enjoy early morning wellness activities!

Thrive Alive Fest will be held at Timber Lakes Camp & Retreat, located about 1 hour from Kansas City.

We’ll be offering an optional shuttle service from MCI to the festival grounds for an additional fee. The shuttle will depart the airport around 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 18th - more details coming soon!

No. Thrive Alive Vegan Fest is a sober, substance-free event. That means no smoking, vaping, alcohol, recreational drugs, or plant medicines are allowed anywhere on the festival grounds.
We’re creating a space where everyone can feel clear, connected, & fully present, & we ask all attendees to honor that intention. 💜
Anyone found violating this policy will be asked to leave the festival without a refund.

Festival Tickets:
Festival access ticket sales are final & non-refundable.
Festival tickets however can be transferred to another person up to September 1, 2025. To transfer your ticket, email info@thrivealivefest.com with the new attendee’s name & contact information.
Accommodation Refunds/Transfers:
Accommodation reservations can be refunded until August 15, 2025 for a $50 administrative fee, or transferred to another person up to September 1st. Email info@thrivealivefest.com to refund or transfer your accommodations.

Thrive Alive Fest will be hosted at Timber Lakes Camp and Retreat in Williamsburg, Kansas, located about an hour south of Kansas City. 🗺️
This 250+ acre retreat center offers a stunning natural setting, featuring woods, two lakes, a swimming pool, nature trails & cozy bonfire pits. 🔥🛶
In addition to its outdoor beauty, Timber Lakes also provides a range of indoor facilities, including an auditorium, a camp-style cafeteria/dining hall & several accommodation options. 🏕️
All housing options & indoor spaces are equipped with electricity & air conditioning to ensure your comfort, but please note that the majority of the festival’s activities will be held outdoors, so come prepared for an immersive nature experience! 🌟🌳

For safety & to maintain a cohesive experience, no personal cooking equipment or fires are allowed in the camping areas or cabins. 🍳❌
All meals are provided as part of your ticket price, so you’ll be fully taken care of throughout the event! 🥗🍴
You are welcome to bring snacks, fruit, or pre-made food with you, as long as it is 100% vegan (meaning no meat, dairy, eggs, fish, honey, gelatin, or other animal products). 🌱💚

Vehicles parked in the camping area may not leave and return without prior approval from festival staff. 🚗 This policy helps ensure safety & minimizes disruptions in the camping areas.
Vehicles parked in the main parking area are welcome to leave & return at any time. 🚙

No worries! If you lose your wristband, you can purchase a replacement for $50 at the check-in desk. 💳
